These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Guler Game ("Guler Game", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our mobile games, this website, and any related services (together, the "Services").

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or Turkey, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights regarding digital content, including any applicable right of withdrawal.
Our games are supported by advertising. By using the Services, you understand that ads — including video ads, rewarded ads, and banner ads — will be shown to you, and that third-party advertising partners will collect data from your device as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for anything you buy from an advertiser.
The Services rely on third parties including Apple, Google, and our advertising and analytics partners. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and their availability is outside our control.
The Services, including all code, artwork, audio, characters, level design, text, and the Guler Game name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also require you to install updates in order to keep using a game. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the games. Sections 4, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guler Game will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or Virtual Items, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us through the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty United States dollars (USD 50).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guler Game and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the laws of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings there.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the game or on this website. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
